Creating effective Thought leadership pieces: Based on my hands on experience working on Thought leadership reports, let me summarize the key factors involved in creating an effective thought leadership piece: 1. Ability to showcase the REAL ground level reasons to the problem 2. Interpret the problem and BREAK it into smaller parts associated with PERTINENT CASE SITUATIONS so that the reader understands what happens if a specific event occurs and what should be the ROADMAP TO NAVIGATE through the changing situation 3. In all of the cases, it is important to address three most important aspects: “WHAT” will be the most apt solution, “WHY is the solution relevant and significant, and “HOW” much will the solution generate value 4.
