𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. I say this often to schools. They have an entire department of individuals overseeing the student applications that come in, but no one is focusing on current parent and student satisfaction. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭❓ 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍📍 For K12 programs, understanding the needs of parents at different stages of a student's academic life is crucial. What parents and students look for in Kindergarten will look extremely different from what they desire from a school in Grade 8. Likewise what a parent may have wanted 10 years ago when they joined your school, versus today, post covid, may also not be the same. Who at your school is looking into understanding the needs of current families and assessing their satisfaction? If you have students leaving your school to join another independent or private school that's opened up, it's time to ask why.
