Not often quoted as Sustainable but Modular is proving its credentials.

You know what is so interesting about this? It looks like the front of the house with a nice porch and entry, but it also looks like the back yard and not a streetscape! Probably looks like normal cookie cutter on the other side but this angle does look nice and presents as walkability. No fences making tiny yards, its one big open space! But IMO why not just make them multifamily at this point? At least put a shared covered walkway between homes or something if you don't like walls touching. Get some more energy efficiency! Not like there's any kind of view out of those windows anyways. But alas we are still not really putting much emphasis on longevity and actual quality of homes...just doing what has always been done. Modular is certainly innovative though, but I do wonder how todays products relate to Sears home kits from a century ago now. Seems like the same concept to me idk.
