𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞! Did you know that India has one of the largest numbers of listed companies in the world? It's a proud moment for us! In our country, there are over 300,000 medium enterprises with annual turnovers between ₹50 crore and ₹250 crore. Yet, only a small fraction (just over 1,000) are listed. When compared to developed countries, the percentage of listed medium companies in India is very low. We can celebrate our achievements, but let's also focus on surpassing these numbers. By supporting and growing our medium businesses, we can elevate India’s pride even further. Enterprise Classification: Small Company: Annual Turnover ₹5 crore to ₹50 crore Medium Company: Annual Turnover ₹50 crore to ₹250 crore Large Company: Annual Turnover above ₹250 crore Let's aim to grow these numbers and make India an even greater hub for business success! #DreamBig #BusinessGrowth #India #MediumEnterprises #Entrepreneurship #Pride #mildcares #gynocup #news #updates

Finding a seat at the Table as a Lower-20s #entrepreneur in #india For the past year, I’ve been talking to a diverse group of #youngentrepreneurs (aged 20-25) in India and I make sure to ask them this question: “Are you taken seriously when you go out in the market?” More than often I receive the following outlined responses in a particularly same broader bracket; - I feel that my suppliers associate my age with my ability to do business - I’ve been struggling to tap bigger clients because I think my commitment is perceived to hold lower value than other older entrepreneurs in the same industry - When my parents step in to negotiate with vendors, I believe that their trust in me increases. I hate this feeling of #piggybacking - I get under confident because the market has made me feel like my lack of experience in business is equivalent to my potential to scale my business operations According to a survey by #Tharawat,IMF,Fortune in December 2023, ~79% of India’s economic output is fueled by family-owned generational businesses. While India might be booming in the #startup ecosystem with various #government incentives and #exemptions, might this #subconscious bias for Young Entrepreneurs be a hindrance to boost the #success of their enterprises? Have you faced a similar situation in your Market dealings in India or outside? If so, what steps did you take to get a #seatatthetable ?

Celebrating 78 Years of Independence as an Entrepreneur As we mark 78 years of India’s independence, I am filled with pride and gratitude for the journey our nation has undertaken. As a founder of a company in India, I recognize the incredible opportunities and challenges that come with this freedom. India is a land of immense potential, bursting with innovation and creativity. Our diverse talent pool, rich culture, and entrepreneurial spirit are driving forces that make our nation unique. Each day, I see the passion and dedication of my team and the broader business community striving to build a better future for all. However, with great freedom comes great responsibility. We must acknowledge the work that remains to be done. We face obstacles such as bureaucratic hurdles, unequal access to resources, and a need for greater inclusivity in our economic landscape. This Independence Day, I commit to doing my part in fostering an environment where every entrepreneur, regardless of their background, can thrive. It’s crucial that we support one another, share knowledge, and collaborate to create a vibrant ecosystem that benefits all. Let’s honor our independence by driving meaningful change and building a prosperous India together. Here’s to a future where opportunity is abundant and innovation knows no bounds! #IndiaIndependenceDay #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #MakeInIndia #UnityInDiversity #NewBioScientificCompany #nbs
