𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗸! Let’s face it, whether you call them briefings or roll calls, they can all be a waste of time. What should be a time for training and planning often becomes a disorganized time-suck. It doesn’t have to be that way. We think briefings and roll calls are the perfect time for micro-learning. That’s why we have partnered with The Briefing Room, the best online learning platform for law enforcement. The Briefing Room is designed by active duty cops for active duty cops. That means you’ll get relevant training from officers and supervisors who are still working the streets instead of old outdated guys talking about things that are no longer relevant. The Briefing Room contains a ton of quick 90-second training videos plus a worksheet for each video that the sergeant uses to lead the training. It literally couldn’t be simpler. As societal roles and expectations of law enforcement officers continue to expand, so too does the public’s anticipation of how officers respond to critical incidents. From Officer-Involved Shootings (O.I.S.) to Active Shooter situations and life-threatening medical emergencies like Cardiac Arrest, the public’s perception and expectation have taken center stage. The threat posed by active shooters has not only become more frequent but has evolved into a more complex and determined adversary. The emergence of terror-oriented active shooter threats introduces new levels of complexity and the potential for significant harm and casualties. In response, TRG has developed a comprehensive Active Shooter Training Course tailored for today’s law enforcement officers. This course aims to provide officers with the: ✅ Mindset ✅ Knowledge ✅ Tactics Essential for: ✅ Rapid assessment ✅ Control ✅ Resolution Emphasizing Rapid Deployment strategies, the training prepares officers to act decisively and effectively in civilian-populated environments with limited backup and resources. Offered as 1-3 day onsite courses, our Active Shooter Training is more than just a program—it’s an investment in the safety of our officers and the communities they protect. As law enforcement professionals, our commitment to both officer safety and public service has never been more critical. Interested in customizing training for your department or unit? 📅 Schedule a consultation with our experts to tailor a program that meets your specific needs. #LawEnforcementTraining #PoliceTraining #Sheriff #ActiveShooter #LawEnforcement #TacticalTraining #OfficerSafety #PublicExpectations #ActiveShooterPreparedness

It doesn't matter if you are or were a law enforcement officer, you are obliged to maintain your skills. Police and handhaving (enforcement) personnel need to maintain physical intervention and restraint training to ensure public safety and their own. This training equips them with the skills to effectively and safely manage situations involving violent or non-compliant individuals, minimizing the risk of injury to all parties involved. It also ensures that interventions are conducted legally and ethically, upholding the standards of professional conduct. Regular training helps in keeping these skills sharp and updated with the latest techniques and legal requirements. Here Transition Security Academy s.r.o we provide comprehensive training for Police, handhaving, Security guards and close protection operatives. Come join us for a great time in Pharr, Texas for our Ground Control Instructor Level 1 at Blueshieldtactical.com. Below are reviews from officers that have recently attended this course. What did you like most about this class? "I truly liked the whole class, but I'll say I loved all the ground control techniques. Really good stuff for law enforcement." What did you like most about this class? "Techniques taught in class are relevant to my everyday patrol shift. These moves are not overly complex and can save lives on patrol. Also, the administration aspect of this course. We gained knowledge of how to meet with command staff and what to bring to them." What did you like most about this class? "I like how all the techniques came together in the end."

❗Guess what? We didn't do one... We didn't do one PowerPoint or show any videos. While learners all learn differently, Kenny and I can deliver an entire 5-Day Instructor Course without having to fill space with videos. Besides, PowerPoints and videos work for some training, but nothing replaces time on the mats when it comes to controlling another human being who is resisting. We demonstrate it. We explain it. We perform it. Then add evolutions and then variations where applicable. Last week was a 5-Day Agency Instructor Course as we interleaved the dynamics and concepts of subject control starting from standing then down to controlling a subject on the ground. Injected with micro scenarios throughout to reinforce and pressure test as well as train-the-trainer teach backs. There were agency and service instructors from the federal law enforcement, municipal police service training unit, GardaWorld, Barber Collins Security, and CRG. If you're looking to host an interagency course or setup in-service training, take a moment and reach out through: www.tirsiatactical.com #training #security #securityguard #securityservices #lawenforcement #police #policeofficer #thinblueline #backtheblue

It's important to address situations where law enforcement officers use excessive force or fail to have the necessary training and equipment to perform their duties safely. In such cases, the primary responsible person is the leader. To encourage officers to improve their skills and knowledge, leaders can set up reward systems. You will find it beneficial to read "Combatives for Tactical Operators" to learn more about this topic. #combatives #selfdefense #tacticaltraining #swat
