Northern Momentum: Propelling success in North Melbourne industrial & logistics market – Colliers Building G being 6,236m² located at 34-44 Raglan Street Preston Melbourne leased by Colliers agent Nick O'Brien. The deal marks the second time Colliers has facilitated a lease on this asset within a three year period. This underscores the resilience of the market, with a remarkable 75% effective rental growth observed compared to the previous transaction within the respective three year time span. Vacancy in Brisbane’s industrial market rises due to supply, despite tenant activity remaining strong - Knight Frank Australia Tenant activity in Brisbane’s industrial market was the strongest of the Eastern Seaboard cities over Q1 2024, rising by 6% from the previous quarter says Knight Frank. Tenant activity in Brisbane’s industrial market remained strong in Q1, but backfill created by strong supply completions has seen vacancy rise sharply, according to the latest research from Knight Frank.
