The Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) in Brazil has recently updated the list of approved operators allowed to continue business during the ongoing betting transition period. This follows the recent deadline for operators to submit federal betting licence applications by 30 September to remain active between 1 October and 31 December, ahead of the official market launch on 1 January 2025. After the initial list of 89 approved operators was released on 1 October, the SPA identified errors and omissions, prompting an updated list with four new operators. This brings the total to 93 operators, managing 205 registered brands during the transition period. For those unfamiliar, Jumpman Affiliates represents a variety of bingo brands in the UK, a massive market. The twist? This policy isn’t new. As the affiliate manager explained, it originally spanned 12 months, then dropped to 9, and now stands at 6 months. It’s a significant detail, yet many affiliates, including the thread's author, admitted to missing it when signing up. This highlights an important lesson for us all. In our community, especially among Russian-speaking affiliates, there’s a tendency to skip over the finer points of Terms & Conditions.
