The Worst Banking Experience with SBI – A Total Disappointment I am absolutely appalled by the horrible customer service I’ve received from SBI. I was facing financial difficulties and reached out multiple times requesting a reversal of finance charges on my credit card. Instead of understanding my situation, all I got was copy-paste, robotic replies from their so-called "Customer Care Head Team. For the record, I’ve had a similar situation with ICICI Bank, and they handled it with empathy and promptly reversed the charges. But SBI? They don’t even bother reading the emails! It's clear they couldn’t care less about their customers or their issues. The head customer care team at SBI should be ashamed of the way they treat loyal customers. Is this what India's largest bank has come to – ignoring real problems and sending out generic responses like a machine? This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. If SBI can’t take 5 minutes to actually read and understand a customer’s concerns, then they don’t deserve our business.
