Year 1 of FreedUp was awesome, but also incredibly difficult because our "Ideal Customer Profile" is so broad. We've been helping: - VC's raise $XXX,XXX,XXX - Tech founders manage cash - Agency owners onboard clients - Real estate investors manage assets - Real estate brokers with client relations What if we just did ONE of these REALLY well? For example, growth-stage tech founders... What if we ONLY recruited EAs with growth-stage tech startup experience? What is we got REALLY good at building SOPs for: - Investor relations and updates - Booking fundraising meetings - Managing cashflow in Carta - Product launches - etc... We'd slay that niche. A tech founder would come to our website and the headline would read: "Executive Assistants & Systems for Growth Stage Tech Founders" So, we're running an experiment this year. We're building 5-landing pages for 5 niches and seeing which perform the best. They are: - Venture Capitalists - Growth Stage Tech Founders - Real Estate Professionals - Boutique Financial Services Firm Founders - Marketing/Sales Agency Founders We currently have clients in all 5 of these niches that are slaying.
