I've been in the recruitment industry for over two years, collaborating with seasoned veterans and younger consultants. The recruitment landscape has evolved significantly, with newer recruiters embracing technology innovatively to build wider networks and gain industry knowledge quickly, while connecting effectively with newer generations of talent. Personally, I've found success in focusing on fit and potential rather than traditional paper profiles.
