Your verification software for Outlier needs some serious reconsidering, not only is it flawed from a perspective of functionality and suitability but it is unbelievably discriminatory, many valid IDs are being rejected by Persona which has alarming data and privacy policies. Upon contacting support, the feedback I received regarding the validity of my ID which I have used previously to verify my identity on that same platform was disappointing. Why not consider other forms of verification such as proof of address, bank statements etc if taskers are faced with facial identification challenges this is extremely inconvenient as I may have to forfeit my contract.

am writing to follow up on my payment of $2500, which was confirmed in an email from your team on July 3rd, 2024 stating that payment will be within 30days. As of today, August 5th, 2024, I have not yet received the payment in my PayPal, as it is now well past the 30-day period mentioned in your initial communication. You deactivated slack were it was easy communication and i stead provided an email status.check@remotasks.com but since then you are not responding to any email. its now becoming a concern issue as not only me seeking payment but a group of around 1000 where we joined in a different work space to ensure that we maintain our solidarity. please review this case .

3wHow are we getting ahead of the taxonomy problem introduced at the tail end of the last administration? AI is (as we have seen as your contributors on Outlier) deeply complicated to speak about, which is made only more complicated in the context of crowdsourced remote work. Will Scale AI be developing its own lexicon to lead the space, or will it be subscribing to a third party's interpretations and assertions? The United States Government needs a common lexical framework. The only question is, who will get there first? 💰💰💰
