Dear Scale AI, Remotasks and Outlier I would like to bring to your attention that my ban from Remotasks/Outlier is being communicated to other contributors as resulting from misconduct, specifically for questioning the selection choices of the CBs for the Oracle team, the elite group that, until June 1st, did not include any black individuals. Is it wrong to question the perceived veiled and structural racism within the Bulba BR team? It appears that black individuals are not represented in the company's elite team. Is it unreasonable to question the conduct of the SQM and the inclusion of her boyfriend in the SWAT Team? I have raised several concerns that I believe are valid. Labeling me as something I am not only serves to validate my points and highlights the underlying issues. My ban is being used to intimidate other contributors from pointing out the flaws within the Bulba BR team. What steps will you take to address this issue? Scale AI and Alexandr Wang, I work on the Bulba project, which has Miss Amanda Machado as the Senior Queue Manager. She has questionable conduct, and when confronted, she simply removes the person from the project. Yesterday, I was removed from the project for allegedly low quality due to exposing her arbitrary conduct and the harassment suffered by me and other contributors. We contributors are constantly threatened with removal, CLT laws are broken, among other issues, which make Remotasks/Outlier a toxic environment. What can be done to correct this situation? Due to the Senior Queue Manager's conduct, many high-quality contributors have already been removed. Note: I have evidence regarding my quality and the conduct of the Senior Queue Manager. am writing to follow up on my payment of $2500, which was confirmed in an email from your team on July 3rd, 2024 stating that payment will be within 30days. As of today, August 5th, 2024, I have not yet received the payment in my PayPal, as it is now well past the 30-day period mentioned in your initial communication. Your verification software for Outlier needs some serious reconsidering, not only is it flawed from a perspective of functionality and suitability but it is unbelievably discriminatory, many valid IDs are being rejected by Persona which has alarming data and privacy policies. Upon contacting support, the feedback I received regarding the validity of my ID which I have used previously to verify my identity on that same platform was disappointing. Why not consider other forms of verification such as proof of address, bank statements etc if taskers are faced with facial identification challenges this is extremely inconvenient as I may have to forfeit my contract.
