What advice would you give to yourself or to the future leaders that are about to start their safe journey? I'm going to say something from a more of a softer skill set, and that's to empathize with your team, empathize with your people, empathize with yourself. If you're not empathetic with yourself, I mean, you're gonna have a ton of problems and stay positive. I, I'm just going to give one small cliche type change or mentality or mindset that you can do just to remind yourself it's going to be OK. And that is, I don't really like the term fail fast, but I like to stay positive with your learning faster and with taking that type of mindset and everything that you do in all aspects of your, of your job, of your work day, especially with your. I mean, I think taking that positive mindset and and setting the framework for that, you're going to have a lot better outcome.
