It’s a step forward in helping organizations embrace agility and succeed in today’s fast-changing world. A Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) is a SAFe® implementation professional responsible for training leaders, change agents, consultants, and team members to drive a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. Key areas of competency include designing a SAFe® implementation, launching and facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and adopting Lean Portfolio Management practices. Relentless Improvement One of SAFe's core values is "Relentless Improvement" and I really took this to heart! I'm super excited to have earned my Certified SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC) certification! What does this mean? It means I am a certified change agent and can help usher companies into the new ways of working by practicing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Of course, I am fresh out the womb with this so I have more training to go, but i will get there with continued relentless improvement.📚 You see, relentless improvement dosen't have to only be applied to doing better in the next iteration of delivering software value. It most definitely should be applied to oneself to be improving ones craft... relentlessly. ⚡ The certificate was not cheap, the course was 4 days and the studying was long but for professional improvement, I would not be deterred.
