Hawkins\Brown’s designs for #HackneyWick and Fish Island’s first Shared Living scheme have been approved at LLDC Planning Committee. ✅ 34-38 Wallis Road will provide 212 shared living homes and 1400sqm of #workspace, with exemplary shared amenities at the heart of the design, helping to enhance the resident’s sense of community within their home.   Hawkins\Brown have been at the forefront of shared living design over the last decade and we were major contributors to the recently published Greater London Authority Shared Living Guidance. As a result of working with our client Scape and the London Legacy Development Corporation, we are confident that Wallis Road will set a new standard for shared living accommodation. #Housing #Workspace #Architecture #Regeneration #MixedUse #NewBuild #Residential #EastLondon
