Do you know which college majors life sciences companies need most for entry-level jobs? Today, we hosted a Workforce Roundtable Luncheon to connect industry leaders with educational partners. Our member companies explained the skills they seek from those entering the workforce and identified which majors serve as a priority for filling their entry-level positions. By aligning educational programs with these needs, colleges and universities can better prepare students for careers in the life sciences sector.
