“So many bloody heat pumps everywhere” I overheard someone say at the InstallerSHOW today where I gave a well-attended presentation. Here are my slides for those who didn’t get a chance to come along. There is a marked change with new companies, new collaborations and a real buzz around clean heating in the air. Perspective. Its easy to get carried away and think that heat pumps have already achieved a tipping point towards the mass market. Whilst this is the case in certain European markets, UK is currently lagging in last position with only the start of the adoption curve happening and the UK Heat Pump market is still at the early adopter phase in reality. So there is no opportunity to be complacent, in fact as an industry we need to double down and really push while maintaining and improving standards.
