With over 20 years of experience, they offer unique flexibility and control from start to finish on all their projects. Role Overview: The Purchasing Manager will manage bids, estimates, budgets, and all related documentation for construction projects. Duties include locating suppliers, researching goods and services, processing purchase orders, and negotiating with suppliers. Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and availability. Interview vendors and visit suppliers’ facilities to learn about products and pricing. Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals. Verify purchases and recommend alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products.
