Professional Property Investor, Strategic and Compliant Property Deal Packager, Deal Sourcer, Food Safety Specialist as Environmental Health Officer, and Utility Warehouse Partner
I had the opportunity to present at this week’s Lunchtime Learning session on food safety alongside my manager, focusing my presentation on an interesting and critical topic: smokies - illegal meat which are usually goat or sheep with skin on with blow torched skin. I covered what smokies are, their appearance, the relevant legislation, and the appropriate actions if a council officer encounters illegal meat. The session was engaging, with great questions and valuable feedback, sparking ideas for future talks from other teams and joint up working. I highly encourage all staff, regardless of your background or grade, to step up and present sessions on topics you know. It’s an excellent way to develop your career and deepen your knowledge on your chosen topic. #CareerDevelopment #PublicSpeaking #ContinuousLearning

Do you work in Food Safety, Operations, Maintenance or Facilities? Are you trying to find an easier way to deal with the nightmares known as ice machines? Well I have heard it all and I am here to tell you that CleanICE works!!!!! This product offers a 24/7 cleaning service for the inside of your ice machine at a low cost. No more daily cleanings for your staff, no more having to pay for quarterly deep cleans. CleanICE is non-corrosive to the ice machine, it actually helps maintain your ice machine. I have opened so many ice machines of customers who have told me their protocols were working we do not need a product like this. Only to find out that their ice machine was covered in mold 🤢. So lets think outside the box and implement a proven product like CleanICE. Help your staff and your customers remain safe with a clean environment. No more worrying about Health Code Violations because ice machines are one of the first places the Health Inspector will check. #CleanICE #UseCleanICE #FoodSafety
