Funded 2023 preparedness grants in Ontario. A very interesting data set, with significant policy limits placed on the range and scope of eligible expenditures, this provides a unique lens into what First Nations and small (less than 100K) municipalities believe to be within the preparedness frame. A few instances of direct to public communications or COTS emergency kits, however the majority are acquisitions of materiel to support the public sector efforts.
