Cracking the Code: Deciphering Your Radiography Registry Examination Results Are you curious about how your Radiography Registry Examination scores are calculated? Understanding your results can be a game-changer in your exam preparation strategy. Let's break it down! Scaled Scores: A Fair Measure The Radiography Registry Examination uses scaled scores to ensure fairness across different test versions. Unlike raw scores, which simply tally correct answers, scaled scores account for the difficulty level of the exam. This means that regardless of which version of the test you take, your score is a fair representation of your knowledge and abilities. The Score Range Scaled scores range from 1 to 99, providing a comprehensive view of your performance. Each section score is reported in precise tenth-point intervals, offering detailed insights into your strengths and areas for improvement. While section scores highlight specific domains, your total score reflects the overall number of correct answers. Understanding Your Scores Item Scoring: Each question on the Radiography Registry Examination is carefully evaluated and scored. The scoring process ensures that all questions are weighted fairly, contributing to an accurate assessment of your knowledge and skills. Difficulty Level: The difficulty of each question is factored into your scaled score. This means that answering a harder question correctly may contribute more to your scaled score than a simpler one. Content Categories: The exam is divided into various content categories. Your section scores in each category helps you identify where you excel and where you might need further study. Optimizing Your Preparation Embrace your results with optimism! Focus on your strengths and use your section scores to guide your future study efforts. By understanding how your exam is scored, you can also tailor your preparation to maximize your success. Curious Surgeon👨⚕️| Navigate Your Medical Career with Ease and Joy | Learn Surgery | Live Balanced with My Online Guides ✨
In the surgical career, resistance before we take our initial steps often symbolizes our own fears and uncertainties. It is a whisper of procrastination telling us to pause when we should proceed. It's the mind's way of testing our resolve. Yet, when we encounter resistance after embarking on our path, it's not a barrier but a beacon of learning, signaling areas for growth and adaptation. This distinction is crucial. The former requires courage to begin; the latter, wisdom to evolve. Both are indispensable in the journey of becoming not just surgeons, but masters of our craft.

Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy is crucial for executing injectable procedures. Various methods, such as observation, reading, video watching, and using anatomy models, are available for learning. However, nothing surpasses the effectiveness of hands-on experience, like injecting and dissecting on fresh frozen cadaver specimens. This process allows a meticulous exploration, layer by layer, unveiling different anatomical structures. It provides a profound understanding of injection techniques, enabling practitioners to discern correctness, avoid pitfalls, and precisely place products. Without this foundational training, injecting becomes akin to navigating a minefield. Protecting your patient equates to safeguarding yourself.

Never give up, never quit, never plateau. Instead, learn to "Pivot". I'm biased towards dentists (they make up a large portion of our business), but you don't have to be in the dental community to appreciate Dr. Brian Harris and his message. I consider this a great team training video for our organization. https://lnkd.in/g2kGKFvs #dentistry #patientcare #perspective #businessgrowth #getbetter #focus #selfimprovement

Compression of the ulnar nerve in Guyon canal can often be confused with compression of the ulnar nerve at the cubital tunnel. A major distinguishing factor is the sensation over the dorsal ulnar aspect of the hand. The dorsal ulnar cutaneous nerve provides sensation to this region and branches off 8 cm. proximal to Guyon canal so it would be preserved if the ulnar nerve was being compressed at Guyon canal or at zone 1. The zones of Guyon canal can help localize the level of a low ulnar nerve injury. 👉Foundational knowledge is critical to developing effective critical thinking skills which is why it’s threaded throughout the Virtual Hand to Shoulder Fellowship, LLC curriculum. As we advance to discuss increasingly complex pathologies, we are always circling back to foundational knowledge, reinforcing knowledge and connecting dots. This is important in cultivating effective critical thinking skills and also in enabling clinicians to become autonomous in continuing their own professional development. Our next virtual hand therapy fellowship cohort begins this September. #handtherapy #handtherapists #certifiedhandtherapist #chtexam #guyoncanal #ulnarnerve #ulnarnervetransposition #virtualhandfellowship

Virtual Hand to Shoulder Fellowship, LLC was privileged to have Dr. Adam Strohl present, Soft Tissue Reconstruction for the Upper Extremity this weekend. As clinicians specializing in upper limb and hand therapy, we need to also have an understanding of medical and surgical management so we can support and protect the healing process while safely restoring mobility and function. You cannot provide optimal care in upper limb and hand therapy without an advanced-level of knowledge in this highly specialized area of practice. You also can’t rely solely on protocols. Protocols are guidelines that can never capture the big picture. They should be adjusted in collaboration with the surgeon based on specific patient nuances and their evolving clinical presentation. This is what we focus on developing in the virtual hand therapy fellowship through our curriculum, amazing guest presenters like Dr. Strohl, and most importantly, mentorship. As our fellows learn the fundamentals and then begin to develop and understand the power of critical thinking, it completely changes their perspective in what they do. It opens up a whole different world of realizing the impact they can have on their patient’s recovery. This is what drives VHSF. #handtherapy #handtherapists #chtexam #occupationaltherapists #physicaltherapists #certifiedhandtherapists #handsurgeons #physiotherapists #clinicalexcellence #virtualhandfellowship
