Core to School Growth’s mission is sharing encouragement and perspective to all who answer the call to educate. Yesterday we enjoyed the privilege of kicking off the spring semester for the teachers, staff, and administrators at Providence Christian Academy. Our program featured “The Key Intelligences of Highly Effective Educators.” Schools are highly complex ecosystems of relationships that require disciplined leadership with great clarity on what matters most to sustainably grow. Andrew Sheets, Ed.D. and his team are committed to the journey to authentic excellence. "The advice I'd give anyone who wants to get into leadership is to build relationships with a lot of friends. Leadership is collaborative and we need to work together to create the greatest impact.
