The world is constantly evolving, and so are the industries and markets that we operate in. While #technology is no doubt one of the main drivers of change, especially #artificialintelligence nowadays, but certainly not the only factor that affects the market. Consumer preferences, social trends, environmental issues, political events, and many other factors can also have an impact on the demand and supply of products and services. That’s why we can’t rely on our past success and assume that it will last forever. We need to be proactive and adaptive, constantly monitoring the market and finding creative ways to make our products relevant, competitive, and lucrative to consumers. This is not an easy task, but it is essential for our survival and growth. We can’t expect the government or anyone else to cover our back. #innovation #creativity #leadership

Pouring Over Growth: Mastering the Art of Scaling in Spirits 📈🍹 Growth isn't just about filling more bottles; it's about elevating every sip. As we start our 2024 planning with our partners, here’s what I like to keep in focus : 🎯 Goal Setting: Clear targets pave the way. Short-term gains are great, but it's the long-term vision that truly builds our relationship to brands and beverages. ⚙️ Scaling Quality: As we expand our reach, our commitment to quality isn't diluted. It's about scaling up, not watering down. 🔄 Agility: As the landscape shifts, so must we. Pivoting isn't a sign of indecision; it's a mark of maturity and adaptability. In a nutshell, growth planning is a cocktail of foresight, strategy, and adjustments. Each ingredient as crucial as the next. Fellow beverage builders, how are you designing your growth plans for 2024? #TakeAction #DrinkBIG #ScaleQuality

Before finding out that I had an issue with gluten, I just loved a good Porter. A porter was a dark beer, usually made from roasting the barley longer than for some of its lighter beers. This made the beer slightly more bitter, something that the brewers often offset by adding sugars which then jn turn made the beer stronger. So what then is a Blue Porter? Some form of exotic blueberry and guava blend insipidly mixed to create similar textures? Alas no... A Blue Porter is a combining of two well known strategies - the Blue Ocean Strategy and Porters 5 Forces. Like so many models from years gone by - these are sound and when combined create a strategic vision. You are understanding your existing scenario and understanding your future. Just as any great coaching, you take from this what you need - you define your future by challenge. Enjoy your thinking. https://lnkd.in/emjpmR4i #blueporter #5forces #blueocean #redocean #coaching

Picture this: buying a tomato in Italy — a 15-minute drama in which people squeeze and sniff the product, and discuss, endlessly, its provenance. Seemingly in a world of infinite choices, decision-making has become a superpower. The meticulous approach to grocery shopping above contrasts sharply with how we have come to admire quick decision-making as driven by our soundbite culture and the brevity demanded by social media where everything has to be squeezed into short sentences. But is this a good thing? What about the value of analysis, contemplation and thoughtfulness? How is this lack of patience affecting our work, and our lives? Let me know what you think in the comments.
Is quick-fire decision-making always best?
