Studying should involve desirable difficulties but with Soomo, the difficulty won't be knowing whether you're studying the right thing or if you're at the right site or tool --- it's right there, in your webtext. Here's how I'd suggest students approach studying using the questions built into Psychology in the Real World: 1. Read and answer the embedded questions to make sure you're understanding the content that you're reading. If you get an answer incorrect, reset the question and go back to that paragraph and try to figure out the answer to the new, but similar, question. 2. Take the Chapter Quiz to assess your learning at a slightly higher level. 3. Use Study Stack a few times before your next quiz or exam to utilize distributed retrieval practice.
