On the 20th September 2024 the #FDA approved Arimoclomol for use in Niemann Pick C patients aged 2 years and above. We shared initial results from the Phase 2/3 trial back in 2021 (Efficacy and safety of arimoclomol in Niemann-Pick disease type C: Results from a double-blind, randomised, placebo-controlled, multinational phase 2/3 trial of a novel treatment) and then we did a podcast!
