Maximise Your Professional Impact with Renowned Voice Coach Philip Foster | Empowering Business Leaders, Executives, and Teams | Pioneer of the VVibration Voice Method | Elevate Your Communication Success in Business.
Research on neuro-science tells us that the brain is wired for voice. And this research has also found that it is the voice and our sound that releases oxytocin, our feel-good hormones, creating greater connection - not the language or the linguistic content. And these vocal cues are found to be far more impactful than facial cues in identifying mood and emotion. It is the ‘tone’ of voice - the depth of vibration and frequency- that impacts on others, an important factor in a global cross-cultural work environment. The sound, air and vibration convert into energy in the ear, acting like energy to the brain, charging the vortex, stimulating the nervous and vestibular systems - and this also has a profound effect on our alertness and concentration. If voice vibration and frequency have such a massive impact on both our mental and emotional state then isn’t it time to take voice understanding and training more seriously in the workplace? Re-share this post to spread the message and follow me at Philip Foster 🔥 for daily content about how your vocal abilities impact your career and your relationships with your colleagues. #voice #voicetraining #businesspresentation #voicescience

Cognition is the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses. It encompasses various aspects of high-level intellectual functions and processes such as attention, memory, knowledge, decision-making, planning, reasoning, judgment, perception comprehension, language, and visuospatial function. Cognitive processes use existing knowledge and generate new knowledge. "Cognitive deficit" is an inclusive term used to describe the impairment of different domains of cognition. Cognitive deficit is not limited to any particular disease or condition but may be one of the manifestations of someone's underlying condition. It is also used interchangeably with "cognitive impairment." Which can be mild, severe, or anything in between.
