From immersive virtual reality in Warwickshire to hubs for tech startups in Birmingham, the UK's innovation landscape is thriving.    🚨 At RiVR, Minister Jones tested out VR technology that is transforming public services, equipping fire and rescue services, police forces and the NHS with training tools to make their work safer and more efficient.    💡 In Birmingham’s Knowledge Quarter, organisations including SPARK and Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust are supported with research facilities and expert guidance from Aston University and Bruntwood SciTech, creating a thriving zone for innovation and growth.     🤝 At DSIT, our mission is to accelerate innovation, ensure technology is used for good and drive a modern digital government. Minister Jones met with colleagues based in Birmingham who are driving this work forward.
