CEO & Founder @ International Art Bridge / Expert in individualised art for more entrepreneurial success and fulfilment! Energy flows.
Offering my customers the best service also involves looking at a lot of art in order to give them individualised advice. It also involves thinking outside the box and exchanging ideas with others. For example, I recently attended Art for Tomorrow in Venice. An excellent event that I would recommend to anyone interested in art plus. "Impferfect Beauty" was this year's theme and attracted first-class speakers such as Philippe Stark, Sean Scully, Mariet Westermann, Sandra Jackson-Dumont, Achilles Tsaltas and many more. Most of the events took place in the Palazzo Diedo in Venice, which has just been renovated and is owned by the Berggruen Institute. The "floating city" was an appropriate setting to consider the complex problems that beauty can bring: How can cities and cultural sites celebrate their heritage without becoming victims of their own success through overtourism? How can museums and monuments protect themselves from the inevitable impact of the climate crisis? How should institutions and artists think about and reflect the concerns of their changing populations? Underpinning it all was the central question of how the arts can unite and heal. The sessions were excellently led by The New York Times moderators. The The Democracy & Culture Foundation organizes the Art for Tomorrow Talks, as well as the Democracy Forum in Athens and other events. A big thank you to Achilles Tsaltas, President of The Democracy & Culture Foundation and his excellent team for this top-class event Have you already discussed the above mentioned topics in the context of art and artists? What role does art play in your company and private life? If you want to know more about these advantages of art, please contact me. I look forward to our discussion! #art #internationalartbridge #petrabeckerart #artconsulting #artfortomorrow #venice #thedemocracyandculture #artandinnovation

❓ What's The Medici Effect? In the heart of Florence, a family rose to prominence not through conquests, but through an unyielding passion for the arts. The Medici, a name synonymous with the Renaissance, began as bankers but soon turned their wealth into a cradle for creativity. By funding artists, architects, and thinkers, they did more than decorate a city; they ignited a cultural revolution. The Medici understood that genius doesn't thrive in isolation. They brought together the brightest minds – Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Brunelleschi – creating a melting pot of ideas in Florence. This concentration of talent led to groundbreaking innovations, from stunning artworks to architectural marvels, setting the stage for the Renaissance. What can we learn from the Medici story? 💙 Invest in Passion: The Medici invested in the arts not just for profit, but out of genuine passion. Find your 'Renaissance' – it could be a hobby, a side hustle, or a new business venture. Passion-driven investments often yield the most fulfilling returns. 🧩 Embrace Interdisciplinary Learning: The Renaissance was not just about art; it was the intersection of science, architecture, philosophy, and more. Embrace a multidisciplinary approach in your learning and work. The blend of different skills can lead to innovation and future-proof you for the long-term. 🌎 Nurture Your Network The Medici's success was not just in their wealth, but also in their exceptional ability to create and maintain influential networks. In today’s world, actively building and nurturing professional and personal networks can open doors to new opportunities, collaborations, and ideas. Attend industry events, join co-working spaces, or volunteer in community projects – these are modern equivalents of the Medici's salons where the exchange of ideas can lead to unexpected breakthroughs and partnerships. #Medici #Art #LifeLessons #CuriousMuse

Founder and CEO @ INNOCOS | Leading Beauty, Wellness & Longevity Innovation | Creator of the Wellness & Longevity CHOICE Awards
As I have been travelling in California, I could not miss the Perfect Corp. event in San Francisco this week with an exciting keynote about the latest exciting developments from Alice Chang and the conversation between Kelly Kovack of BeautyMatter and Tara Hyland from Main Post Partners, that focused on the impact of technology, personalization, and investment in the beauty industry. Kelly and Tara discussed the importance of due diligence in the investment process and the need for scalability in personalisation and customization. Tara emphasised the significance of understanding the consumer's needs and the scalability of personalised products. They also highlighted the challenges and opportunities in the current investment landscape, cautioning founders to be mindful of overvaluation and the importance of finding the right investment partner. In conclusion, the conversation shed light on the evolving landscape of beauty investments, the need for strategic and discerning investment decisions, and the importance of aligning with the right partners. It also emphasised the significance of understanding the consumer's evolving needs and the scalability of personalised products in the beauty industry. We will continue this conversation at the next INNOCOS summit on April 7-9 in Napa Valley, sponsored by Perfect Corp www.innocosevents.com

The Wrong Biennale ´s artistic inspiration for your day! Just a click away. Technology has made us procedural beings. Identity as we knew it, handed down by our family and our geographical communities as gathering spaces, is now only an infinitesimal part of who we really are. Through the digital medium, we discover, explore, and learn about new realities happening thousands of kilometres away that, nonetheless, are making us feel at home. These spaces allow us to be who we really are, who we really believe to be, and give us a reason to continue our journey in a world that often feels on the brink of collapse. How can we integrate technology so as to go beyond disciplines, beliefs and species? How can we use ourselves as a modular blueprint to become these spaces that make people feel like they belong? It is time for us to dig deeper and become servers of flesh, where sentience, technology, and individual knowledge gather into an experimentation for a better future. Featuring Alexandra Ercoli, Angelica Verdan, Curro Rodriguez-Sanchez, David Bellemare, Glosopeda by Rachel Lamot and Kim Rosario, Jaime Cid-Lara, Lisa Tronca, Luca Lee, Mike Patten, Pedro Gossler, Philippe Caron-Lefebvre, Wednesday Kim, Zander Porter, 10th Floor Studio by Jerome Tavé and Kyle Lawson. Curated by Projet Litote. Pierre Chaumont and Marie Chaumont. Server Of Flesh. https://lnkd.in/dZBjGiQj

What kind of process did you use to create an exhibition? Who needs exhibitions today? Does the deck of cards 'Be here now' which was presented for the first time was created in any process? Where does your creativity comes from? What does it mean to design sustainable future? How can we do it together? Those any more questions were asked during and after the UNPLUGGED exhibition, co-curated with Teresa Otulak. Many still needs to be answered. The most important thing for me today is that exhibition was a celebration of creativity under the electrical and electronic appliances topic, which revels that we need to talk and play with strangers, and with people that we do not understand or with whom we feel awkward. We need to be open on not knowing, to be able to relearn again. This is how we fuel our imagination and innovation. Exhibition have happened under CIRCOTRONIC project which is co-financed by Media Dizajn Association and Interreg Central Europe Programme. Exhibition can be seen in INKU Incubator of Creative Industries until the end of the February 2024, from March to the end of April 2024 the exhibition can be seen in Regional Centre for Innovation & Technology Transfer The exhibitions was created together with students from Design Department Akademia Sztuki w Szczecinie From Szczecin UNPLUGGED will travel for the next two years. First to Agency for the Support of Regional Development Kosice Henrieta Kiralvargova in Slovakia, than to Vienna University of Technology to Philipp Feuchter and Rainer Paminger and than to Biz UP Linz Gregor Offenthaler Michaela Streicher, Linz in Austria. Then the journey will lead to Bavarian Research Alliance in Munich, Germany to Nivedita Mahida- Königsdörfer, Susanne Hirschmann, Natalia Garcia Mozo, to Chamberce of Commerce of Industry Slovenia Urška Spitzer Grit Ackermann and Ziga Gosar to get to the last stop during final project conference in Emilia- Romagna Region, Italy to A.
