The "Recycle OECS Model" ♻️ is structured around five pillars: technical, economic, financing mechanisms, institutional, and regulatory and communication. Pillar one—the technical pillar—aims to reduce the amount of plastic waste reaching landfills through recycling and reusing plastic. ♻️ This model seeks to position plastic as a resource within the circular economy. The Recycle OECS Project is funded by the European Union through the AFD - Agence Française de Développement.
