Two important take-aways from today's #HERS workshop, facilitated by Karlyn Crowley. #Leadership #WomenInHigherEdLeadership 1. "Stay in choice." What I'm thinking about: living into our values means we always have choices and even if/when they're hard, they are still ours to make. 2. "Anything that can be answered today can be answered tomorrow. Know when to take time to respond." What I'm thinking about: take time to process and ensure the response comes from a place of intention and not emotion.
