I have a question for the different security company/department recruiters. If you know any, please share them within your network. This question is based on a previous discussion with Justin Hanson, CD. As a recruiter, how do you find, identify, and select candidates for security positions - both entry-level and experienced? I have observed the frustration from both organizations struggling to find good candidates as well as high-quality candidates struggling to make it through the initial submission process and falling short of being selected for an interview. My goal is to identify the gap between these two pain points and see if there is a way to bridge it.
