Storytelling is a powerful communicative methodology that teachers at IHMs only use when teaching the History of the Hotel Industry. Each wine has more than a story to it, just like any beverage has a history with facts to arouse the interest of the student. But these wine stories are hand-me-downs from the occidental world. Likewise there is a need to use storytelling for other chapters too.
