I never do this. But today I'm pulling back the curtain on my agency. Here's what's gone well this year, and what we need to improve on to finish 2024 strong: Wins ✅ - Grew from Q1 - Grew every month except June (deliverability issues) - On pace for 200% YOY growth - New AEs are performing well - New internal tools are fantastic Things To Improve 👇 1) Consistent Performance — deliverability issues led to performance decreases in June. (I think) we've figured it out, and our system for fixing it should be running by August. 2) Client Success — I don't think this is necessarily bad (we're beating our churn KPIs), but I want to make this perfect. I think every agency should. 3) Internal Training — This goes hand-in-hand with Client Success. I want to give my team the tools (or build them) to make them the best they can be at managing clients, inboxes, and campaigns. That's the mission for the rest of the year. What's yours?
