It starts with creating a culture and a trust in leadership. I think we as leaders have to continue to work to be excellent change managers and create that culture of trust that's going to get us to deliver you know more with less than we're doing today. And I I equate it to Scott to you know the formula of 1 + 1 = 3 providing leadership whether it be the the individual silos and functions with an individual. Hospital or hospitals within an IDN really thinking in new creative ways, coming together in new creative ways to create that 1 + 1 = 3 outcome. And that's going to take great leadership on all of our parts, but also creating a culture and an environment that fosters working together and empowerment in a new way that perhaps three years ago we hadn't even thought about.
