The Most Frequent Complement I Get That I Value the Most is, "You're Not A Typical Media Salesperson." That puts a smile on my face.

If you've noticed my LinkedIn headline, you might think, "He is ALWAYS recruiting. There must be something wrong." The truth is - I AM always in the recruitment process. BUT, it's not for the reasons you might think. There is nothing wrong, I'm always recruiting for the next opening. This year I expanded the sales team for one of our stations and finding the right person is a challenge. Anyone in H.R. knows that there can be a lot of applicants, but those that have the talents and fit for most careers are few.
