Many on LinkedIn have posted positive remarks about the publication of the Agriculture Landlord & Tenant Code of Practice. I am going buck that trend and give a dissenting voice. At best I don't think the code will have any impact, at worst I fear it will pour fuel on the fire of poor landlord and tenant relationships. To understand why I believe it is the wrong solution see my latest blog. https://lnkd.in/eZAaDXVA
