I asked ChatBGT to write a vision statement for my practice. I added the keywords and the sentiment we want clients to experience. Overall, it did a pretty decent job but at the end of the day, they are just words from modern technology. Truth is, if we aren’t DELIVERING, what good is a fancy vision statement? I like the help of AI in helping me chew through a few things but what I LOVE is actually doing the work and seeing the outcomes with my clients! We had to make some tricky business decisions in 2023 to create capacity in our practice. It wasn’t easy, but seeing the difference it is making in the results for clients is exciting! Artificial intelligence represents the dawn of a new era, and like any new technology, companies, leaders, and individual shareholders who embrace it and adapt will be the big winners, and if we want to understand why we outperform AI we have to go back to the beginning.

When the tech team needs a break, I turn to the old pros With my tech team needing a breather from my AI enthusiasm, I decided to engage my business colleagues. Yesterday, we had an exciting AI workshop with the seasoned veterans at Factoringgruppen. Led by Oscar Olsson from happybits, the session focused on ChatGPT. This might sound like old news — who isn’t using ChatGPT these days? Of course, we do. But do we do it with the right mindset? Our team, including the less tech-savvy members 🫣, learned about prompt engineering and the potential of LLMs. The workshop's outcome was fascinating — several quick wins emerged, proving that even small efforts can have a big impact. The key takeaway? To understand future possibilities and challenges, we must dare to experiment and test to get creative. It might seem challenging to foster creativity, but the best way to see opportunities is to experiment and test. Huge thanks to Oscar and everyone who took part! 🙌🏻

As I work more with GenAI and LLMs I find it interesting how much people think these things are actually intelligent. If it sounds intelligent it must be, seems to be the idea. The benefit of these LLMs is to help write text that is more natural, so now there is more effort to get data from outside the LLM to show people. For example, if you ask ChatGPT what the odds are of a particular team winning March Madness it will take a guess, but if a gambling site had it tied into databases or other sources, it could not only give you the odds, but if you ask what may be contributing to the odds it may be able to tell you that this player is suffering from an injury or this team beat this team the last 3 times. The ability to not only have it answer questions but to help explain how it came to that answer could be very beneficial, but right now we are dealing with the fact that people see it as magic and believe it can do more than it can.

Have you ever thought about using variables to pass dynamic values to prompts? I was just as surprised as you are to learn about this incredible feature. Prompt templates and chatprompt templates make it all possible. With just a little bit of code, the possibilities are endless. Isn't there a trend, of a big company's CEO or CTO, resigning from the current company or staying in that umbrella and forming a new company? Regardless of what product they offer they get a rich valuation. In sime cases billion as well😇. Some people are arguing on the point of "why Krutrim by Ola is performing badly, because this is an AI model, and it takes time to train, also chatGPT performed the same in its initial launch". Guys understand that when ChatGPT was launched, we didn't have enough resources, but now we have a lot, so at least we can expect that it will tell the right answer for 10+30 or who won the World Cup. 🏀 March Madness Meets AI: A Slam Dunk in Prediction Madness! 🤖 Last night, I decided to mix things up and enlisted ChatGPT with Bing search to crack the code on my family’s March Madness bracket, purely for kicks. The plan? Kick off with picking our champ and then zigzag our way back through each round, exchanging thoughts and predictions as we went. It was quite a blast, even if ChatGPT occasionally threw in teams that were either watching from the sidelines this year or, thanks to some “creative” scheduling (hallucinations), ended up in matchups that defied the laws of bracketology. Despite these whimsical detours, ChatGPT steered 95% of my bracket choices. All jokes aside, this was a genuinely fun experiment. The real MVP of the night was ChatGPT’s ability to craft a comedic recap of our banter. It wove in humor and captured the essence of our dialogue.
