The faster you learn to release big numbers, the faster you’re able to receive big numbers 💸 Here’s the reality: The level of your action determines the level of your success. Investing big isn’t just about the money; it’s about investing in yourself, betting on your potential to hit those massive returns. You have to bet and believe in you 💪🏽 I get it, dropping significant money into real estate or into leveling up your skills feels doesn’t feel comfortable at first. But that’s the point… growth isn’t supposed to feel comfortable. It’s about getting comfortable feeling uncomfortable. That’s the only way to find real success. When I invested in my first STR property, the thought of dropping $100k+ felt big. It wasn’t comfortable. I didn’t know if turning that triplex into STRs was going to ‘work’. I was comfortable living life with that money in my savings account. Yet within 90 days of taking it down I was bringing in 3x the mortgage payment & ready to start taking down my next STR. Things have massively changed. Now I’m taking down $2M properties and investing $200K+ in renovations, releasing bigger & bigger numbers trusting that bigger & bigger returns are on their way. Now I’m buying a $4M home, dropping over $700k as a downpayment and I don’t even blink. When you learn to release money, it comes back to you ten fold. In real estate, especially in the STR game, the fear of big numbers can be your biggest barrier. But once you shift that perspective, once you see that investing substantial amounts is actually the secret sauce to reaching unparalleled returns, everything changes. The more you’re willing to release, the more you’re positioned to receive. 2024 could be your year, but only if you’re willing to make bold moves. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗪𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗔𝗧 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗦 𝗔𝗡 𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡? We don't. It's never our intention until we realise that what we have created doesn't feel as good as we thought it would. You then start asking more challenging questions about yourself. This usually hits us around our forties, give or take. It reminds me of the quote: “the first forty years of life give us the text; the next thirty supply the commentary on it”. (𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘶𝘳 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘢𝘶𝘦𝘳). 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 '𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀'. What I mean by that is, they want options.
