As a father of two daughters and someone who values grit and determination, this story really resonates with me. There’s something profoundly special about the bond between a father and daughter. I’m reminded that it’s not the things we accumulate or even the things we accomplish that define us, but the moments we create with the ones we love – like this father-daughter duo making memories while restoring their Scout Traveler together.   What makes this story even more inspirational is the perseverance and fight shown by the father. Diagnosed with cancer and given only four months to live, George refused to give in. Years later, he’s beaten the odds and continues to inspire others through this restoration project and raising thousands of dollars in support of finding a cure for cancer.   Stories like this make me proud to be part of Scout Motors and even prouder to be a father.   Learn about George & Sofi’s journey to restore their Scout Traveler: https://lnkd.in/gKvqr584

Love this, thanks for sharing. Growing up in a big family, I treasured 1:1 time with my Dad. He and I would visit antique car shows together, do test drives for fun, browse used car lots, comb the grocery store AutoShopper. My love of cars started with my love of those special weekend days with my Dad. Our next plan is to buy a '66 Mustang. Maybe now we need to get a Scout instead! ❤️

Such a powerful story of love, resilience, and the bond between father and daughter. Truly inspiring! 🙌

So great Scott Keogh. With my dad being in sales for International for 50+ years, he never had the need to do any work on Scouts...they were all worked on at the dealership. One of the biggest holes in my childhood was the two of us working on engines. We had plenty of things to bond over but mechanics was not one of them. What a great story and an amazing Scout restoration.

I have applied for various roles with Scout Motors and only get the generic email, thanks but no thanks. It would be nice to at least provide candidates with specifics on what they were missing to make it to the next step in the process. I've got over 19 years experience in manufacturing at OEM level in various roles and responsibilities.
