That's a wrap on year ✌ of IRL! Here's 4 takeaways from the 4 days spent with my remote team, in real life: 1. Quality time fuels connection: Meeting and interacting face-to-face not only reinforced the bonds we've built online, but it reminded us that great work is rooted in great relationships. 🤝 2. Creativity thrives in collaboration: Brainstorming in the same room led to some really exciting and innovative ideas for the future. There's just something about that in-person energy⚡(and limitless #techprobs 🙃). 3. There's power in understanding each other's strengths: Seeing each other in action allowed us to better recognize and appreciate our unique skill sets (psst 90s pop culture trivia isn't one of mine 🙈), paving the way for better collaboration. 4.
