Business Advisor and CFO - I help entrepreneurs achieve their goals by bridging the gap between finance and strategy
Entrepreneurship is not always fun. Not many people talk about how lonely it is to be an entrepreneur, even if you have a business partner(s), family, and support systems. -Only other entrepreneurs can understand the stress of struggling to know how long your cash is going to last and whether you’ll be able to make payroll next week. -Only other entrepreneurs can understand the stress of winning/losing a make or break deal that impacts jobs. -Only other entrepreneurs can understand how scary it can be in a period of large economic uncertainty (2020 and Covid as a prime example). One way to help counter entrepreneurial loneliness is to find your tribe/community. Over the years I was part of a TAB Boards facilitated by Dallas R. and Brian Smith, Thriveal with Jason M. Blumer, CPA, CPA, and Realize with Jason Staats, CPA, and Network for Entrepreneurs by Jim Roberts They all helped me navigate different parts of my entrepreneurial journey. Find your tribe/community, whether formal or informal. If I can help or be a part of helping you find your tribe, let me know.

Starting a business is a challenging journey, and sometimes, the environment around you can hold you back, much like the infamous crab bucket effect. When one crab tries to climb out, others pull it back down, preventing its escape. Similarly, when you embark on your entrepreneurial journey, you may encounter people or situations that drag you back to your original, possibly toxic, environment. This is why building a supportive community is fundamental. Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals who encourage and uplift you can make all the difference. To support #entrepreneurs, we’re hosting a series of Deep Dive Streams designed to provide practical advice and strategies for #businessgrowth. Our next stream, "Turning Opportunities into Clients: Strategies for New Entrepreneurs”. Join us live this Saturday, June 22nd, at 9 AM, register here: https://lnkd.in/ejUkiAkJ If you’re interested in being a guest on our Deep Dive stream to talk about your #businesschallenges and explore possible solutions, email us at vmn@victormnichols.com or DM Diana Spinka.

I help companies dominate their industry and crush the competition with proven strategies for healthy and sustainable business growth.
Recently, I had the unique opportunity to attend an event in Cincinnati called #LifeSurge, where I immersed myself in discussions with highly successful Christian entrepreneurs about making a Kingdom Impact. Here are a couple of powerful reminders I walked away with: - You Can Achieve More Than You Ever Dreamed Of: God loves His children and wants more for you. Do you have a vision so bold that it scares you to share it? Go for it! Let God lead you; you might just be thinking too small. Don’t put God in a box with your limited expectations. - What Is Your Focus?: If your target is solely wealth, you're missing the point. Money is just a tool. God is in the People business, and He desires for more people to choose Him above all else. Align your goals with His purpose, and watch as He opens the floodgates for you to do even more. As business owners, we must ask ourselves: Where is our focus? Are we all in on making a Kingdom Impact? What does your business do to bring more people to Christ? Who's on your side to help you stay accountable and focused on this mission? You can't do it alone; you need a community that invests in you, cares for you, and cheers you on. Let’s connect and support each other in this journey of purpose-driven entrepreneurship!

Judging my Fiance’s entrepreneurial journey while I stuck a 9-5 job. How do you support someone who is on variable income and building a business? If either one or both of you are an entrepreneur, you can’t plan the traditional way and take on mortgages and other debts the same way people with jobs do. The priority is the growth of the business and each other’s happiness in pursuing it until the income has stabilized. The sooner you can speak about money constructively and be extremely transparent about each other, the easier it will be to support each other through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship! That’s what saved our relationship. Follow for more content. #entrepreneur #businessgrowth #financialplanning #supportsystem #relationshipgoals #findyourpeak

If you chase two rabbits, you will not catch either. Focus. Doing the ONE thing, for a unreasonable amount of time. Is how you win. I used to have my fingers in many pies. All that leaves you with is: MESSY FINGERS. 6 months ago I resigned from all other businesses I was involved with and went all in on Altiverse and our clients. And in 6 months, we have grown like you wouldn't believe. There are two important times in any business. 1️⃣ When you start. 2️⃣ When you get serious. --------------------- 👇 Enjoying the good ol' British weather again ☔️. It's good to be back. Take care team ❤️ #entrepreneurship #founderstories #foundermindset
