The concept for the SWAG Packs — Stuff We All Get — originated during an HR strategy review where we brainstormed ways to integrate our company values into our onboarding process. 🌟 We wanted something tangible that would resonate with new hires, making them feel a part of the Maestro Swiss Industries Sdn. Bhd. family from their very first day. Each item in the pack was thoughtfully selected from our very own products: #Vochelle 🍫 chocolates for sweetness, refreshing #VICO 🥤 beverages for energy, and #Darry’s 🍬 candies for joy. These items symbolize our welcoming culture and our intent to build a supportive workplace. The excitement within the company was not just about launching something new but about the opportunity to directly impact our new hires' initial experiences. 🎁 Each SWAG Pack was crafted with meticulous attention, reflecting the high standards and commitment we uphold in every facet of our company culture. The day the program officially started, the packs were ready to be distributed as each new team member completed their first week, ensuring a personal touch tailored to each individual’s start date. 📩 Feedback from new hires soon validated our approach and reinforced that we were indeed making a meaningful impact. Reflecting on the launch of the SWAG Pack program, the company sees it as more than just a policy—it is a testament to how we express our values 💝. Each pack welcomes and integrates new hires into our #culture, illustrating our commitment to #inclusion and support from day one. This initiative is a clear example of how thoughtful gestures can foster a sense of belonging and community. 🤝 As we continue to welcome new members to our team, each #SWAG Pack embedded with our products remains a symbol of our values and our dedication to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and connected. #maestroswiss #vico #vochelle #darry’s #swagpack #welcomenewhire
Life should be full of ritual. 🥰🥰 Thanks for MSI prepared a welcome box for every new join staff.😊 #maestroswiss #vico #vochelle #darry’s #swagpack #welcomenewhire

Vast majority of "healthcare KPIs" revolve around "Did your clinical staff document a step that's linked to better outcomes?" There was a recent study and media coverage (https://lnkd.in/e5Pvipqf) that rates of pedestrian death (likely also passengers in "other vehicles") when the vehicle is larger / higher vehicle weight are higher. But generally, as vehicle weight goes up, rate of passenger death decreases. I have a lot of thoughts on this - some "it takes 5 minutes KPI" that increases burnout rate of a clinician by 1% (note 1 physician roughly is expected to cover anywhere between 300-1200 patient lives/year worth of 'care') will destroy a nation's overall health outcome in a none-insignificant way. But unfortunately no one looks at healthcare KPIs like this. We're a country obsessed with annualized healthcare KPIs/metrics that cannot look beyond 1 year marks. I hope there will be a point where find out that we're failing patients because we need optimizing for metrics that may be causing more harm overall than good. I do wish that point will come soon. Reference: In response to some of the recent studies, NHTSA has proposed safety rating to cover safety for people outside the cars ( https://lnkd.in/e5DxEz7s)
