🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 I'm thrilled to share that I successfully completed my summer training as a Data Analyst at SCHOOL ERP from June 3rd, 2024, to July 1st, 2024. This experience has been incredibly rewarding and enriching. During my training, I had the opportunity to: 🔹 Collect and clean data from multiple sources within the School ERP system. 🔹 Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to analyze student performance, attendance, and other critical metrics. 🔹 Develop visual representations of data using Power BI to highlight key findings and actionable insights. 🔹 Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance data processing efficiency. 🔹 Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for educational improvement. I used my skills in data manipulation and analysis, problem-solving, and effective communication of complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. A big thank you to SCHOOL ERP for this incredible opportunity and to the amazing team for their support and guidance. For people trying to break into the data world, especially fresh graduates, the question frequently comes up regarding domain experience. A lot of times I hear from individuals trying to break into analytics that many times they are apprehensive to try for positions just due to lack of domain knowledge. In my opinion and experience, at least when it comes to analytics, domain knowledge can only get you so far. It’s many of the key data concepts that matter more than domain knowledge. Why is that? Companies usually understand that not everyone can have domain knowledge and that it is something that takes time to build on. But the basics of various data concepts and general soft skills are what’s important at the very beginning. Feel free to post your thoughts in the comments. #data #dataanalytics

Well today marks my final day with Multiverse as I completed my gateway stage this morning and I’m ready to face my 8 week WBP! Whilst I have 2 weeks down time, it’s an opportunity to reflect on what I’ve gained from the apprenticeship. Alongside the obvious multiple data skills including data management, SQL, Python and Power BI I’ve gained and built on lots of other equally important soft skills: Critical thinking 🤔 Problem solving 💡 Stakeholder management Communication 🗣️ Collaboration 🧑🤝🧑 Storytelling 👩🏫 Adaptability I’ve been asked many times why I wanted to do a data analysis apprenticeship after already completing my chartered accountancy with ACCA but the answer is simple, data analysis goes hand in hand with the job. Accountancy is data analysis, using data to gain insights. So much time can be saved if you’re using the right tools for the job. So, I’m excited for the next stage and can’t wait to smash those business impact goals!! Hello Everyone!! 🤞 On this occasion I would like to say that I have just completed the Short Courses Data Entry Specialist Batch 1 held by Digital Skola. During the short courses, I got a lot of insight from the mentors and also other friends, here we were guided by mentors related to the field of Data Entry and did not forget that the class representative was also very helpful in the process of learning activities. ✨ ✨ During the four meetings, we learned about : 1st Meeting : Introduction Data Entry starting from the roles and responsibilities of Data Entry to tips and tricks for a career as a Data Entry Specialist. 2nd Meeting : Basic Excel includes Functions and Formulas that are commonly used: SUM, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN, COUNT, SUMIF and Data Validation.  3rd Meeting : Advanced Excel includes commonly used Logic such as IF Function, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH and Data Visualization. 4th Meeting : Until the last meeting we held a Final Project Presentation to measure our abilities to what extent during the material that has been given. I'm also grateful to the mentors during this short course, especially to kak Anisa Putri, Ari Sulistiyo Prabowo, Divi Indah Andari, Siti Amaliah Hasan. and I'm also very grateful to the class representatives, especially kak Ajriya Putri Tsaniya who have helped, reminded and motivated the students to be more active in the process of this learning activity. Hello Linkedin fam, I want to share my recent experience after participating in the "Short Course Data Entry Specialist Batch 1" at DigitalSkola. This short course took place from January 31, 2023, to February 9, 2023. Throughout this course, I gained a lot of new knowledge and heard experience stories from experts in the field of data entry. In the first meeting, the material was presented by Kak Anisa Putri. This session covered an introduction to data entry, types of data entry, salary ranges, roles and responsibilities of data entry, skills required for data entry, tools used, and tips and tricks. In the second and third meetings, the material was presented by Kak Ari Sulistiyo Prabowo. The main discussion in these sessions was about the use of data entry tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, which included: -Introduction to Excel -Data validation in data input -Difference between formulas and functions -Basic functions (sum, average, min, max, median) -Logic functions (if, sumif) -Checking for duplicate data -Data consolidation -Pivot tables -VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP -Charts and data visualization In the fourth meeting, participants presented their final project results. Each participant received feedback on their final project from Kak Siti Amaliah Hasan. I want to express my gratitude to all the mentors who explained the material very well and in an understandable manner. Special thanks to moderator Kak Ajriya Putri Tsaniya, who was always present in every meeting with her time and knowledge.
