I remember working for a big fintech company doing Desktop Support. I had a checklist that I would follow every Monday. Some of the stuff listed below is part of the checklist: I would check all the video conference rooms and test video/audio calls. I would check all executive pcs and make sure their up and running. I would test cisco voip phones. I would test Conference Phones that are placed on each executive desk. I would check with all executive admin assistants to make sure every executive is good for meetings throughout the week. I would check with new hires and make sure they can login and can do their job. By following a checklist, you can avoid a bunch of tickets in the queue. Last thing you want is an executive calling you because a video room doesn't work during an important meeting. Create something for yourself and use that as a guideline to make your job seamless.
