When you're deep in a project, it’s easy to get stuck in one way of thinking. An external partner doesn’t just speed up development, improve product quality, or solve problems—they bring a fresh, expert perspective helping you see the bigger picture and build better solutions.
When your digital product feels a little off, worrying is only natural. But it's time to diagnose what’s wrong and fix it. No more crashes, no more bugs, just the smooth-running digital product you envisioned. #productengineering #digitalproduct #engineering #bugs #software #deliveringdigital #nobugs #crashes #performance #idea #reality

MVP should be a completed build of the most important feature(s). It should look as decent as you could make it without jeopardizing time and cost. It should not be: A half-assed, feature-rich complex build riddled with bugs. You should use it to test it with a selected group of super users who will help you work through the logic, suggest new features, and test existing ones. Use it to validate your concept before you pour a significant amount of time and money into building something useless for the customers.

Simple, but important lesson: always ask your users to rank their feedback. One of the important things we learned early on building Assembly is that when users love your product, they also have a lot of feedback (which is a good thing!). However, this can leave you with a seemingly endless list of features to build. When we have feedback calls for Assembly now, we always ask users to rank their #1 and #2 highest priority requests. The data points have been invaluable in helping us build the right features that actually make a difference.
