Experienced retailer helping stores and their suppliers Sell More for Less

Whenever I meet someone new, the conversation usually starts with “who are CHEP?” to which I answer, for simplicity’s sake, “the blue pallet people” But, of course, there’s so much more to us and the circular model that underpins what we do. Worth a read to see how we do it and how it helps your goods move around the supply chain ⬇️

What makes your business model circular? … This is a question we have been asked, and here is the simple answer: Our business model, known as ‘pooling’, is based on the sharing and reusing sustainability concept. Our customers use the pallets, crates and containers owned by CHEP throughout the global supply chain. Because we design our pallets to be used multiple times and our customers rent them only when they need them, we can share and reuse them on a repeat cycle. This way, everyone in the pooled supply chain is saving wood and other natural resources, and ultimately reducing CO2 emissions 🌎.
