I'm still reflecting on such an amazing conversation. Thank you Timothy Garbinsky for inviting me to share time with Matt Helmer and Riddhima Sharma! The three things that still resonate with me, even a week later, are: 1. Let's put racial equity at the center of our good jobs discussions. 2. As leaders, we have the opportunity to align business strategy with the pursuit of good jobs for our workforce. 3. When we have clarity on the value that employees bring, we can be intentional about creating good jobs.
Our co-CEO Charisse Conanan Johnson, CFA participated in a thoughtful conversation hosted by The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) around the business case for good jobs where she spoke about Next Street’s employee ownership and our focus on our people, business, and scale strategy.
