It's important to recognize that our role is to find the best candidate fit for the company's requirements, which are often set by the organization itself. We are not the decision-makers when it comes to shortlisting candidates or determining the budget. Our responsibility is to source relevant profiles based on the company's criteria, without personal biases or prejudices.
