Vishal... Great observation that only our teachers can experience. I too am teaching a new way to look at Physics using what is actually known to explain what is not known to a community that stumbles over every step because of the twists and turns applied to everything that has been taught. Mass'Querade: The Theory of Everything Introduces a new way of thinking about most of what is currently known and believed in Classical Physics to explain the composition, charge, magnetism and Gravitational properties of the all the sub-atomic particles using only PHOTONS. What if i'm right? If so, there will be nothing out of the ordinary about the FACTS of Physics but everything out of the ordinary about what is possible using the known characteristics of mass, matter and gravity. Photons have known electric and magnetic properties that can be used to explain the electric charge and reaction to magnetic fields by sub-atomic particles composed of Photons. Known is that the path of Photons is curved as they pass through gravitational fields. Unknown is that curving Photons produce Gravity! Are you seeing the Unified Field Theory now? When is the appropriate time to conclude your teaching career? It's when you no longer perceive individual students but instead see a collective group occupying your classroom! As a teacher, it's crucial to assess your ability to empathize with students' struggles and comprehend their challenges. Only when you see individual students, you can appreciate diversity and promote equity and inclusion. You perceive individual students and you see minorities, parents, low-income backgrounds, first-generation, and special needs. It's at this point that you can truly be a compassionate and caring teacher. In my experience, a reliable indicator for this is whether I can recall the names of all my students in my classes, and I think I still have time in my teaching career!

Practice (अभ्यास) अभ्यास, a Sanskrit word, means practice. "Reinforcement through Practice" The PRACTICE phase emphasizes strengthening understanding and skills through various engaging activities. Teachers can organize group work or small-scale projects to reinforce conceptual understanding and competency development. The aim here as a parent (or teacher) is to create opportunities for the child to practice and apply the concepts they have learned. Engaging in practical and enjoyable activities at home can make a significant difference in reinforcing a child's understanding. The hands-on experiences not only solidify their understanding but also help them develop important life skills, such as problem-solving, collaboration, and patience. By actively participating in the child's learning journey, we must create a supportive environment that fosters long-lasting knowledge and skills.

As a headteacher, I often asked people why they came to work in the morning. For me, the answer was, and is simple: I want people to be the best they can be! Regardless of disadvantage, everyone has something to offer and I have always been driven to help other people achieve that. The greatest thing for me is to learn something from someone else, because it shows me that they are becoming that best version of themselves, and when I said goodbye to my last school they presented me with a gift upon which was something I'd said so often to people in my time working with them. "I don't think it matters how old you are, the main thing in life is to always see yourself as a learner" I believe that everyone deserves the best possible start in life and I also believe that it is a massive privilege to be entrusted with the duty of giving them that start. For that to happen, teachers need to be the best teachers they can be, and headteachers the best headteachers they can be. It’s always been my driving purpose since my own days at school to want to help people achieve in the very best way possible and find ways of helping people not be overwhelmed by the pressure of modern life. That belief that we have a duty to do the best for people has always pervaded beyond the classroom, or even the four walls of whatever school I happen to be in. It also pervades betonf the taught curriculum and into the social and emotional lives and well-being of our students. What does it take to be a good teacher? Throughout my years of experience (which are not as many as you may think), I have taught many people and be taught by several teachers. However, I have come to the realization that this profession is more difficult than what society depicts through media. Being a teachers means giving therapy to your students before every session yo understand their mood. It means giving your best and taking the best out of your pupils. Being a teacher is motivating and encouraging others to explore areas you will never get to know. Being a teachers is like being a child who enjoys every second of a game that others call "class". Being a teacher is cherishing the moments you spend with your students because you know you are creating a better future for them and everyone else in this world. Being a teacher means being the person you needed the most.
