It has been a pleasure to share thoughts & opinions on the challenges behind launching a new market from scratch Some elements to highlight shared during the session: - Business development: focus on building a strong pipe & client portfolio first THEN recruit - Go to market Approach: Understand Cultural, geopolitical & competitor specifics yes but don’t reinvent the wheel in terms of product approach nor Sales pitch - Client centricity: your first clients are key. They will be your ambassadors helping you building up your reputation - be on the ground : meet your clients face to face helps you shorten timelines but also garner feedback from them, best way to learn from mistakes quickly. - Mindset is key : you know it’s tougher (no structure, marketing material or portfolio, etc..) get ready for it. This imply never forget the WHY you’re doing it. - recruitment : recruit people with entrepreneurship spirit, Boldness is key. - Vision : Set up a vision than other can embrace, but all the more nourish, so that it’s not your own project anymore.
