Here is the day 2 summery from European Cloud Summit. The day was started with the keynote which was packed with product updates and demos across Copilot, Teams, Viva, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more     Here are the sessions I attended along with their insights:    AI Landscape: The speaker deep dived into an analysis of the present AI landscape and offered a blueprint for success in this field. Topics covered included large and small language models, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, vector search, grounded and ungrounded AI, prompt engineering, vision, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), GPT-40, text-to-image conversion, multi-modality, AI agents, and interacting with tools such as function calling, Azure OpenAI assistants, and generative AI.    Best Practices of Azure Access Policy:   - The powerful quote "A secret we do not have is a secret we cannot lose." underscores the importance of leveraging managed identities where necessary and assigning applications for role assignments.  - Enable the SPN to rotate their own secrets by assigning them owner access over themselves  - Employing Security Groups for Access Control, rather than Direct User assignment, mitigates the risk of "Identity not found" errors occurring when a user is deleted from the Entra ID.  - Implementing Just-in-Time Access via Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and conducting regular audits of access control mechanisms further enhance security measures. There is a limitation from Microsoft that the Azure PIM lacks full automation as it solely operates with APIs.  - Create custom roles when needed but use the builtin roles when it is feasible.  - Avoiding human access to sensitive environments using automated deployment adds an extra layer of security.     Few other sessions included insights on Microsoft Defender for Servers, Azure Policy, unlock scenarios with Microsoft Graph and Azure OpenAI and ChatGPT with Semantic Kernel
